If you have all 3 just go to the character creation screen of each one and see.

mine is pigtailed too the one with white eyes and blue hair blue armor.
For someone who plays with dead people shes pretty hot.

I have to agree that factions has some of the best hair styles and faces, though I am also leaning towards prophecies as I now have 2 of them as well (have 2 canthans and my guildee made an elonian).....

and has been said, if in doubt you can play on the creation screens....take a screenie of the ones you like and then pick the one you like best!

I made my necro in Factions, the look and feel of some of the faces and hairstyles blended really well imo.

anyway, it depends. i think that the tyrian necromancers get the best hair and face styles, but levelling in tyria is a pain. cantha is probably your best bet.
